By booking or using BeClean services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling.

  • Allow safe and timely access to your property at the scheduled time.

  • Remove or secure fragile and valuable items before service.

  • Pay for services as agreed, using approved payment methods.

BeClean Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel a service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of standard cleaning.


2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our website.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property may result in a charge up to 50% of the service price.

  • Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or scheduling changes.


3. Communication & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from BeClean Inc. regarding your appointments and services.

SMS Terms and Conditions:

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

4. Service Limitations

BeClean Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or furniture

  • Unstable or unsecured items

  • Loss or damage of valuables left unattended

  • Cleaning tasks outside of the agreed service scope (e.g., hazardous materials, pest control, heavy lifting)

We do not clean human or animal waste, mold, or hazardous substances.


5. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved forms.

  • Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.


6. Commercial & Residential Clients

BeClean provides cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Services are performed according to the agreed scope and frequency. Additional requests may result in an updated quote.


7. Liability & Safety

BeClean Inc. maintains general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use. Clients must maintain a safe, temperature-controlled environment during service.


8. Pets

For safety reasons, pets should be secured in a separate area during cleaning. We do not feed, handle, or clean up after pets.


9. Photos & Quality Control

We may take limited photos of work areas (never personal items) for training, proof of service, or quality control. If you prefer no photos be taken, please inform us before your appointment.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting with a new “Effective Date.”


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
