Walkthroughs for Accuracy

To provide the most precise estimate, we recommend completing a walkthrough before your first service.

Online Walkthrough

We offer a quick video call through FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom where you guide us through your home. This allows us to visually assess the layout, buildup levels, detailing needs, flooring type, furniture placement, high-traffic areas and any special concerns. It is the fastest and most commonly chosen option.

In-Person Walkthrough

A BeClean team member visits your home for an on-site evaluation. This is ideal for larger homes, multiple special requests or when a more precise assessment is needed.

Both walkthrough options help us avoid surprises and allow us to schedule the correct time and team for your cleaning.

Your rate may be updated if the home’s condition changes, if tasks are added or removed, if cleanings are skipped or if service restarts after a long gap.

We work with arrival windows to serve all clients fairly.

  • Morning appointments fall between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Arrival may vary based on traffic and previous cleanings.

Entry to Your Home

You may choose any of the following access methods:

  • Be home to let us in

  • Provide a door or garage code

  • Use a lockbox

  • Leave a key in a secure location

If we cannot access the home for any reason, the full service fee will apply.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Skipped Cleanings

  • Please provide at least 72 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 business hours will incur a 50% fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts will be charged the full amount of the service.

  • Requests must be made by phone call, text message or email. Voicemails cannot be accepted as notice.

Skipped cleanings may require additional time at the next visit and may result in price adjustments.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due on the same day of service.

  • First-time or deep cleanings require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

  • Accepted payment method: Credit Card on File only.

  • Your card on file will be charged automatically on the day of your cleaning.

  • If your card is declined, a new payment method must be provided immediately.

Tipping is optional but always appreciated. If you choose to tip, you may request that a tip be added to the card on file.

Pets

We love pets, and their safety is important.

  • Please secure pets before our arrival.

  • We do not handle pet waste or litter boxes.

  • We are not responsible for pets escaping while the team is entering or exiting.

Reactive or anxious pets may slow down the cleaning and may result in extra time charges.

Safety, Biohazards and Restricted Tasks

For safety reasons, we cannot clean the following:

  • Mold

  • Bodily fluids

  • Human or pet waste

  • Pest infestations

  • Hazardous chemicals or substances

  • Areas requiring more than a 3-step ladder

  • Heavy furniture requiring special equipment

If unsafe conditions are found, the full service fee applies and service may be stopped.

Climate Control

To ensure our technicians can work safely and comfortably and do not melt or freeze, please set your home’s temperature to at least 70°F on the day of your cleaning.

  • We will adjust it back to your preferred setting once the service is completed.

Extreme temperatures may prevent us from completing your cleaning properly.

Valuables, Fragile Items and Breakage

Please secure or remove fragile or irreplaceable items such as:

  • Collectibles

  • Curio cabinets

  • Floating shelves

  • Figurines

  • Heirlooms

  • Unstable decor

  • BeClean is not responsible for unstable or irreplaceable items.

If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you immediately. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Confidentiality

At BeClean, we take your privacy very seriously. Because our services involve access to your home and personal space, this creates a confidential relationship between BeClean and the client.

Any of the following is considered confidential information:

  • Household routines or schedules

  • Access information including codes, keys or lockboxes

  • Personal or family details

  • Property details

  • Financial or business information

  • Methods of operation

  • Any written, verbal, digital or observed information inside the home

BeClean agrees that:

  • No confidential information will ever be disclosed during or after our service relationship

  • Confidential information will be used only to perform cleaning services

  • We never share access codes, addresses or client routines outside of BeClean

BeClean may pause or discontinue services if safety concerns arise, if policies are repeatedly violated or if payments are overdue for more than 30 days.

  • Past due accounts may be sent to collections.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will return and re clean the area at no cost.

  • We do not offer refunds.

We cannot guarantee results on surfaces that are permanently stained, damaged or worn.

You may choose any of the following access methods:

  • Be home to let us in

  • Provide a door or garage code

  • Use a lockbox

  • Leave a key in a secure location

If we cannot access the home for any reason, the full service fee will apply.

🗓️ Cancellations, Rescheduling and Skipped Cleanings

  • Please provide at least 72 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 business hours will incur a 50% fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts will be charged the full amount of the service.

  • Requests must be made by phone call, text message or email. Voicemails cannot be accepted as notice.

Skipped cleanings may require additional time at the next visit and may result in price adjustments.

💳 Payment Policy

  • Payment is due on the same day of service.

  • First-time or deep cleanings require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

  • Accepted payment method: Credit Card on File only.

  • Your card on file will be charged automatically on the day of your cleaning.

  • If your card is declined, a new payment method must be provided immediately.

Tipping is optional but always appreciated. If you choose to tip, you may request that a tip be added to the card on file.

🐾 Pets

We love pets, and their safety is important.

  • Please secure pets before our arrival.

  • We do not handle pet waste or litter boxes.

  • We are not responsible for pets escaping while the team is entering or exiting.

Reactive or anxious pets may slow down the cleaning and may result in extra time charges.

⚠️ Safety, Biohazards and Restricted Tasks

For safety reasons, we cannot clean the following:

  • Mold

  • Bodily fluids

  • Human or pet waste

  • Pest infestations

  • Hazardous chemicals or substances

  • Areas requiring more than a 3-step ladder

  • Heavy furniture requiring special equipment

If unsafe conditions are found, the full service fee applies and service may be stopped.

🌡️ Climate Control

To ensure our technicians can work safely and comfortably and do not melt or freeze, please set your home’s temperature to at least 70°F on the day of your cleaning.

  • We will adjust it back to your preferred setting once the service is completed.

Extreme temperatures may prevent us from completing your cleaning properly.

💎 Valuables, Fragile Items and Breakage

Please secure or remove fragile or irreplaceable items such as:

  • Collectibles

  • Curio cabinets

  • Floating shelves

  • Figurines

  • Heirlooms

  • Unstable decor

  • BeClean is not responsible for unstable or irreplaceable items.

If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you immediately. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

🔒 Confidentiality

At BeClean, we take your privacy very seriously. Because our services involve access to your home and personal space, this creates a confidential relationship between BeClean and the client.

Any of the following is considered confidential information:

  • Household routines or schedules

  • Access information including codes, keys or lockboxes

  • Personal or family details

  • Property details

  • Financial or business information

  • Methods of operation

  • Any written, verbal, digital or observed information inside the home

BeClean agrees that:

  • No confidential information will ever be disclosed during or after our service relationship

  • Confidential information will be used only to perform cleaning services

  • All employees are trained and required to follow confidentiality standards

  • We never share access codes, addresses or client routines outside of BeClean

Reviews and private feedback may be used for marketing or service improvement. Clients may opt out at any time.

📸 Photos for Quality Control and Social Media

Quality Control Photos

We may take photos of cleaning areas only for quality assurance, internal documentation, training and proof of work.

  • We never photograph personal items.

  • If you prefer that no internal photos are taken, simply let us know.

Social Media Photos

With your permission, BeClean may take before and after photos of cleaned spaces for our website or social media.

  • No personal or identifiable items will be shown.

  • No photos will ever be posted without your consent.

  • You may opt out at any time.

We only showcase our work in a respectful and professional way.

✨ Quality Control and Feedback

Your feedback is essential for maintaining consistent, high-quality service.

  • We send follow-up surveys periodically.

  • Supervisor checks may be performed to ensure quality.

  • We encourage open communication at any time.

  • Our cleaners take pride in their work and value your input.

Prompt communication helps us correct issues quickly and maintain excellent service.

📈 Price Increases

Rates may be updated due to increases in supply costs, additional time requirements, changes in home condition, changes in scope, labor cost adjustments or long gaps between cleanings.

  • Any price change will be communicated in advance.

If services are paused and later restarted, a new rate may apply.

🚫 Non Solicitation Policy

Clients agree not to hire or solicit BeClean employees directly.

If this policy is violated, a training and staffing fee of $2,500 will be applied.

🛑 Right to Terminate Service

BeClean may pause or discontinue services if safety concerns arise, if policies are repeatedly violated or if payments are overdue for more than 30 days.

  • Past due accounts may be sent to collections.

✅ Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will return and re clean the area at no cost.

  • We do not offer refunds.

We cannot guarantee results on surfaces that are permanently stained, damaged or worn.
